If they make promises that are too good to be true, ask for a testimonial from someone and speak directly to them.
Show Up Fitness Mentorship Program gives you access to Chris Hitchko, Owner of Show Up Fitness. Chris has over 20-years' experience (14-years teaching trainers) and a gym owner who managed to have three gyms make it through Covid-19 (40%+ didn't) – there isn't a better option for the price of only $100/ month (in 2023) for a fitness mentorship program.
How to enroll into the SUF-MP:
1- The application is to submit your SWIFT.
2- It's highly recommended to have your SUF-CPT (if you don't it's $250/ month)
Classes begin every 10-weeks. Dates for SUF-MP in 2023:
What you are expected to perform during your 2-month mentorship program:
1- Working in small teams to better leadership, communication and teamwork.
3- Network with a registered dietitian to get on your team.
4- Network & intern with a at a Physical Therapists (at least 1-week.)
5- Submit a video of you training a client utilizing CCA (make sure to get client approval beforehand.)
6- Complete a TEAM project & teach 1-class within the SUF-CPT
a. Schedule weekly group sessions reviewing anatomy, programming & exercise variations
b. Submit four, 1-week programs for case examples within the platform.
c. One revenue stream trainers within your group could optimize (with proof)
